Here’s a link to a radio webstation that only plays Okinawan music called Radio Lequios out of Brazil. It’s a great way to have Okinawan music playing in the background as you go about your daily business.

@AEL: Yup, looks like their site is down and as I haven’t been on there for awhile I’m not sure how long it’s been like that. A great option to Radio Lequios is Churadio: http://www.churadio.com/.
