Two actors from Okinawa will be part of the cast of the new TBS drama “Sayonara, Maestro!”. Upcoming (well, she’s actually quite popular already to consider her ‘upcoming’) actress Touma Ami plays the role of high schooler Tanizaki Amane who plays what looks to be the violin and actor Mitsushima Shinnosuke (from the famous and talented Mitsushima family) plays the role of Kaburagi Kohichi who plays the double bass. While we’re at it, we’re going to also include Miyazawa Hio who plays the role of Mori Daiki, a trumpet player. Why Hio? Well, his father is Miyazawa Kazufumi (THE BOOM, “Shima Uta”) and he also starred opposite Kuroshima Yuina (who when we last saw her had a very cute pixie cut) in the NHK drama “Chimudondon”. Fortunately, the drama is being aired on TV Japan so those outside of Okinawa/Japan have a chance to watch it.
